Liquiguard PC does not etch, or remove surface metal like conventional primers.
The application does not require multi-tank treatments, rinsing and passivating; and is applicable to most metals including steel, steel alloys, galvanized steel, aluminum, manganese, brass, etc. Liquiguard PC can also be used as a primer on non-metallic surfaces and hot-dip galvanized surfaces. Available in concentrate (conc.) and ready-to-use (RTU). .

Liquiguard PC-conc. General Information
Liquiguard PC-conc. is a concentrated pretreatment system that is designed to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:7 (PC:Water).
This water-based, polymer pretreatment system replaces commonly-used phosphates that are process-intensive, and neither eco-friendly nor biodegradable.
This non-hazardous pretreatment creates a superior and more durable bond with the powder. And the final finish is smoother and more attractive because Liquiguard PC does not etch, or remove surface metal like conventional primers.
