SealTuff is a water-based coating that seals and enhances a wide variety of natural and composite wood type surfaces. This crystal clear solution provides a durable, protective finish that enhances wood grain and brightens the wood's natural appearance. It's a long-lasting solution towards protecting your wood furniture and maintaining a beautiful like new appearance with minimal maintenance.

SealTuff contains built-in UV protection that prevents fading and deteriorating. The coating creates a waterproof barrier that resists staining caused by liquids, oil and grease and it keeps surfaces from cracking, peeling or yellowing. Built-in mildewcides also prevent mold and mildew from growing. SealTuff may be applied on a variety of solid woods and wood veneers including teak, redwood, cherry wood, mahogany, cedar, fir, pine and more. SealTuff is available in both Satin and Semi-Gloss finishes.

SealTuff Application

SEALTUFF may be applied by brush, roller (short nap) or low pressure airless spraying. One coat is usually sufficient however if a second coat is desired, allow the first coat to dry before applying additional coats.

Coverage ranges from 250 sq. ft per gallon to 500 sq. ft. per gallon depending on type of surface and surface porosity. 250 sq. ft. per gallon will yield 6.4 mils wet and 1.5 mils dry film thickness.
